2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement, ProUtilitygen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single device per license key.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate license termination without refund.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in cases where the software is proven to be non-functional on a supported system and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
